Welcome to the Prevention Information Research Library (PIRL). The Health and Human Services Agency, Alcohol and Drug Services (ADS) department of the County of San Diego has created PIRL as a resource tool for prevention professionals in San Diego County. The County is broken into 6 regions and each region works to support the goals of the County initiatives.
